Far more than just a seasoned salt, A.J. and Ethan's Gourmet Grilling Spice is a flavorful combination of sea salt, cracked pepper, garlic, herbs and spices that works brilliantly on steaks, chicken, fish, pork chops, and lamb. It's also great for sandwiches, soups, salads, and dips.

A.J. Louis is the CEO of A.J. and Ethan's Gourmet. He is currently a sophomore at Butler University majoring in marketing and is an avid fan of the basketball team. In his free time, he loves to play frisbee golf and basketball with his buddies, travel, and cooks for the family when he's home on breaks. 

Ethan Louis is the President of A.J. and Ethan's Gourmet. He is a senior at New Trier High School in Winnetka, IL. In his free time, Ethan likes to play basketball, fish and cook Mexican food. 

John G. Louis, father of A.J. & Ethan, is the COO of A.J. and Ethan's Gourmet. He is a serial entrepreneur and inventor of numerous healthcare products.  He loves to be with his family and create gourmet masterpieces on his grill and in the kitchen when he's not traveling or exploring new food and wine.
